Recommended to have Enhanced Content for Legacy by Andre500 or Enhanced Content for Legacy by Sjaak327 so you can apply HSW performance mods in Legacy GTAV
HSW Time Trials in SP brings the high-speed Hao’s Special Works Time Trials from GTA Online into Grand Theft Auto V single player. The mod recreates all eight HSW Time Trails from GTA Online. Allowing you to compete against demanding target times while tracking your personal best performances in single player for both Legacy and Enhanced.
HSW Time Trails are split into three performance classes (A, B and C), by default only vehicles from these classes can be a used in HSW Time Trails, however you can add Vehicle Names into HSWTimeTrials_AddedVehicles.ini to add a vanilla/addon vehicle into HSW Class.

Adding a vanilla/addon vehicle into HSW Classes
1.open HSWTimeTrials_AddedVehicles.ini you need to input the vehicle name into your choosen class header, for Class A adding the Autarch it would look like this:

Install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet (Nightly for latest Game Release
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
sure just drag the one from the zip
3. drag and drop ifruitaddon2.dll, pdb and folder if you havnt already got it
4. drag GTAO_HSW_TimeTrials.dll, GTAO_HSW_TimeTrials.pdb and into scripts
5. drag HSWTimeTrials.ini & HSWTimeTrials_AddedVehicles.ini into scripts
6. Install A Enhanced Content for Legacy Mod (Andre500's or Sjaak327's
~1. If you dont have a mods folder already, create a folder named mods.
~2. Copy the contents of the update folder from the zip into your mods folder/x64/dlcpacks and confirm the replacement. make sure to also have all DLC packs in your mods folders dlclist.xml
~3. Use OpenIV to find the file gen9_exclusive_assets_vehicles.meta (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data) and replace it with the file from the archive.
~4. If Installing Sjaak327's make sure to add dlcpacks:/spchameleon/ to dlclist.xml
