@LeonG24 What you can do is install those things separately such as add on cars, add on weapons and add on skins, I also recommend installing menyoo is very good because it generates cars and a lot of things, a very complete menu mod.
I suggest adding special zombies, it could be done by modifying some skin of a muscular npc and that being a zombie has a lot of strength or very fast zombies that were the ones who did exercise, things like that.
