    - - To install the mod: - -

    - Download the .oiv files (I got the ones from Mega, the only link that works for me);
    - Launch OpenIV, go to Tools and select ASI Manager;
    - Install "ASI Loader" and "OpenIV.ASI" (those plugins will create a "mods" folder, so the original game files won't be replaced);
    - Go to Tools again and select Package Installer;
    - Open the .oiv file you downloaded and click install (and on the "location to install" select the 'mods' folder);
    - Confirm it (might take a while to install) and it's done.

    And of course uninstall the ASI plugins or move the mods folder if you play GTA online.
