this mod cool it has some flaws tho.
its too easy to farm the enemy spawn points with automatic weapon for a easy takeover.
another issue is no ceasefire on hospital exit. i had case where repeatedly die on leaving the hospital in enemy gang territory, at one point they reached critical mass, then franklin was dying during the exiting 'cinematic', dies again while leaving hospital. had to reload earlier save at that point.

this mod caused inside of franklin house to get messed up, there is a extra couch that shouldnt be there and the shezlong outside are missing.
this mod causes sudden freeze and quit to desktop without error message, needs update.
