Sorry guys for the lack of answers latley but i have moved on to Fallout 4, no more updates will be released for my SweetFX...but I'm happy with how it did turn out in the end anyway :)

Sounds like an issue with administrator rights or something like that, ether way I'm glad you got it to work for you and that you like it.
