HOW TO INSTALL - MANUAL
1. go inside the ADD-ON folder.
2. take the sm_cityhall_exterior folder
3. Open OpenIV and go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
4. Place sm_cityhall_exterior in there.
5. go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. edit the dlclist.xml file
7. add dlcpacks:\sm_cityhall_exterior
Features :
- lighting is working
- fountains are working
- good optimization
no problems have been identified
Change log:
version 1.1: added a version with trees and stones only
