Thanks for downloading "New BIG Garage For Any Player" By REYMEXzone
The FIB are looking for Franklin/Michael/Trevor, so he decided to move out to another place, he found a nice house at the Richman zone, but we know that being subtle is not the perfect description of him.
So he built a big garage so he can park his expensive and luxury vehicles. I hope the neighbors dont wonder who the new resident is.

* A realistic construction with pillars that endure the garage.
* You can access both North rockford Dr. Avenue and Richman Street

REQUIREMENTS:
* Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64
* Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
* Script Hook By: Alexander Blade
* Community Script Hook V .NET By: crosire
* Map Editor By: Guadmaz
* Map Builder By: OmegaKingMods
--Extras (optional):
*Persistance Mod, so you can store your vehicles and it will load on the startup:
I'm Not MentaL's Persistance Mod [.NET] By: I'm Not MentaL

INSTALL:
first you MUST have MapEditor installed. Map Builder too, otherwise some props will be missing.
Follow their instructions (Im using Map Builder 3.1.5, download it from here: (https://es.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder)
1. To load the garage on startup copy the "Big Garage1.0" (.xml) file to GTA V/Scripts/AutoloadMaps (If it doesn´t exist, create one).
If you want to load the map manually just copy the file to yor GTA V Main directory and use Map Editor to load it.
2. if you want to store any vehicles you like use "Persistance Mod" for more realism.
IN CASE THE RAMP FOR THE ENTRANCE DOESN'T SHOW UP, READ CAREFULLY THE MAP BUILDER INSTRUCTIONS

@REYMEXzone Menyoo works better than Map Editor, you aren't going through unwanted mod confliction if you use Menyoo's Object Spooner over Map Editor.
By the way, this is a nice build. Looks very Hot Wheels. Can I ask what props you used? Also do those cars spawn? I personally prefer if they didn't.

I dont remember the props, check them in the map editor or select them with menyoo, most of them are from MapBuilder15 augustus 2017 -

@REYMEXzone Why when I leave and then go back to the garage, my car even goes down? whereas before it was not oh yes, I converted your mod to an extension to ymap.

@JandaLiar YMAPs have that problem, they fall when you park your cars above the level of the ground, I hope I can make some collitions to the floors or that the guy who made the persistence mod fix that

IF THE MOD DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU HERE ARE SOMO REASONS:
**YOU HAVE NO INSTALLED CORRECTLY "MAP BUILDER 3.1.5 " (IF YOU DONT HAVE IT SOME PROPS WILL MISSING). check that you have installed correctly the map builder mod, download it from here https://es.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
****MAP EDITOR TROUBLE, SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T WORK AT FIRST, I DON'T KNOW WHY, SO CLOSE THE GAME AND PUT THE FILES IN AGAIN
********I discovered something, some antivirus (AVG in my case) conflict with files like the scripthook V.NET and Map builder, check that your antivirus protection is disabled or add an exception to GTA V folder, if you follow map builder instructions and my advice about antivirus, you will able to see the missing props
