A new small house, inside the house there is a kitchen, a bedroom,a wardrobe,a bathroom.
The house is located in a convenient place for playing.
The house also has a garage for 2 cars.
I also made my own textures of gray parquet.

Installation:
- Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
- Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
- [Make sure you go into edit mode!!]
- Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
- Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!
- Copy "stairs.xml" to "Grand Theft Auto V - menyooStuff - Spooner"

- In game open the menu go to objectSpooner then manage the saved files click on the stairs file

-to work correctly, you need to install:
