Put the revolution.xml in the gta root folder (were gtav.exe is).
İn-Game:
Press f7, go to load map. and type: revolution.
Requirements:
- Map editor
- ScripthookV
- ScripthookNET

Do not forget No electricity in the city No vehicles!
