Installation:
FiveM :
Open up the zip file, Navigate to "SandyStation>FiveM" and drag and drop the folder named "SandyStation" into your FiveM Server resources folder! Then add the following to your server.cfg "start SandyStation" then restart the server!
Singleplayer:
Open up the zip file, Navigate to SandyStation>SinglePlayer drag and drop the SandyStation.xml into the following path: "Grand Theft Auto V > menyooStuff > Spooner" Then restart game and load the placements

I've tried to make it work multiple ways and still didn't work. Only the props show up and the windows. No building. It looks cool.
