hello

Put hcp.xml in to root Grand theft auto folder.

Thanks for downloading this is my first mod and i will make more.

you need Map editor to use this mod

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor

when you have installed it use

F7 to open >> load map >> xml file >> type hcp
