This mini map file let you sit on the chairs and couches inside Franklin's first safe house.
To use this map file you will need 2 mods.

2 - Simple trainer https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

Just drag the FranklinsSafeHouse-FirstOne.xml to \Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
And then while playing the game open menyoo menu>Spooner>Manage Saved Files> search for the file name and load it.
