Installation:
1)First extract the folder to your desktop
2)In OpenIV goto: GTAV / x64c.rpf / levels / gta5 / props / lev_des / lev_des.rpf
3)Find prop_begger.ytd and right click and hit "Edit"
4)Then find: prop_card_sign_02 and hit replace in the top right corner.
5)Finally locate the file you extracted right at the start and replace with the new sign
Make sure to leave some feedback and suggestions for future mods!

Now change the model to a plastic rectangle and get not just hobos to hold it...
@krashadam hobos aren't the only ones who hold it anyone can, use the Menyoo mod menu and select the sign scenario in the player options, any character you are will hold it.
@LimboFilms I meant see PEDS hold it, not the player.
