Requirements:
OpenIV https://openiv.com/
To install this:
1. in the archive, choose a folder (high, medium or low quality), then choose a file (with or without the name of the street and area) and extract it
2. go to OpenIV, click on tools, select package installer, browse for your selected folder and install “map with/without the name of the street and area.oiv” from the selected folder (I recommend installing it in mods folder)
Optional: - if you want Dignity Party Yacht, Gunrunning Yacht and Aircraft Carrier on map, install the second oiv too
- if you want a less transparent radar (to see it better), extract the “less transparent radar” folder and install that oiv too; !!!it will replace graphics.ytd from update/update.rpf/x64/textures, so if you already have something modded here, replace radarmasksm.png from “manual install” folder, in your graphics.ytd
- I added atlas style interiors and maps for north yankton and cayo perico (you can try high quality version, but if you have big frame drops or any crash when it loads an interior/tunnel/map, you can try a lower quality); !!!it will replace minimap.ytd from update/update.rpf/x64/patch/data/cdimages/ scaleform_minimap.rpf, so if you have modded blips, please backup that file
- if you want to see only the map, not the interiors, install no interiors.oiv; !!!again, this will replace minimap.ytd

To uninstall this :’(
- extract the uninstall folder and run the uninstaller

I spent 2 weeks to get a high quality atlas map; I added train/metro train tracks and tunnels on the map; I remastered the colors (especially for ls where the green parts were grey, also for paleto bay which was marked as a beach); I corrected a lot of stuff (add or remove a lot of roads because atlas map had many details from the beta map), the map is now 99.9% correct; I removed area name for the map without the street and area name; you can choose if you want to have name of the street and area on the map or not; you can have them only on the menu map or only on the radar; in any version you can have Dignity Party Yacht, Gunrunning Yacht and Aircraft Carrier on map or not; you can install a less transparent radar (to see it better); it has atlas interiors and atlas maps with radar for North Yankton and Cayo Perico; it supports extensions for a lot of minimaps.
Known Issues:
- Pause menu map can load slowely at times, because it loads the whole high resolution map, and it doesn’t have coverage like the original map.
- With max zoom, the quality isn’t awesome, but still ok (anyway, still better than other mods like this), because the original picture isn’t very good and it’s bad painted, to fix this I have to remake the full map and this will take forever.
- Some roads with a slightly bad position (not something big) I will continue to solve them in the future.
- With atlas interiors/maps, you can get frame drops when it loads them.
- If you see a really bad placed/non existing in game/missing thing, please tell me.

There are a few problems you may have after installing this mod. I addressed these problems in previous comments, but i will write all of them in this comment, because I won't reply again to these problems.
1. If you have the version of the game v1.0.2545/patch 1.58 or newer, the black minimap in low quality will still be there and there will be infinite loading for pause menu. You have to install "Fix the minimaps..." for this problem. You can find the installer in the download section of this page, or using this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/12f2sJbGTzrVCDK-6Q8MgLr1zGm-2k5gl/view?usp=sharing
2. If you still have the black minimap only on the radar, this means you still have the original files between your files, mods like Vice Cry West/VC Overhaul, AkinaV, Chicago, etc. have these files, so you will need to remove all of these files. Go to OpenIV, use the search function and enter "minimap", then you will see an option to search for minimap in all of the archives. When the search is over, you only care about minimap.....ydd files (not ytd or something else, be careful). If you installed this mod in mods folder, make sure you don't remove ydd files from x64e.rpf found in your main gta folder, but remove any other minimap.....ydd file. Or if you installed it in game folder, remove all ydd files you get.
3. Some people reported that nothing is visible on the radar and pause menu map after installing the mod with or without the fix. This means the files are not installed correctly (especially minimap.ymt), so you can try to reinstall the mod. If the problem is still there, using OpenIV go to mods/x64a.rpf/data/tune/ then open the oiv file using winrar or something, open content folder and drop minimap.ymt in OpenIV.
If something didn't work, or if you have another problem I didn't mention, please try to reinstall the mod, or your game if you still have problems.

For me, inside the folder for this download and the "Atlas Colored Map with Radar for Liberty V Remix" is just a folder named "content", an Edge Document named "assembly" and a PNG file named "icon" HOW do I get the correct files?!
@Lord Avarok Please use winrar or 7zip. Windows explorer is broken, and it will open one of the oiv files instead of the archive you ask it to open.

@Rnny Hi. I'm not sure what do you mean. If your problem is that the traffic don't work between nodes, you have to link the paths for "the first" node, with the paths for the next node.

At the very beginning of the video there is a waypoint, but the route itself has not been built there, although I made the nodes and at the moment when I get into the car there is also no route, and the nodes themselves are made in codewalker, the problem is that the route on the map is not selected on turns and disappears because of something, so I I want to know how you solved this problem on the LC map.
@Rnny I don't think it's possible to fix that at the moment. The gps is made by paths, but even if you make the paths perfectly and the traffic is working without problem, the gps won't work for all of the paths. This is a problem for all of our maps as well.
@LorenVidican Your GPS route doesn't end on winding roads like mine, so I want to find out what my problem might be.
@Rnny Did you link the paths between the nodes? Also, did you enable gps flags? If you did and it's still ending, maybe it's nothing wrong with your work, and it's just the game.
