THE ORIGINAL POLICE SPAWNING MOD NOW ON GTA5-MODS!
Better Wanted Level System Police Spawning is a modification of the dispatch.meta file responsible for controlling what police units spawn during wanted levels.
There is 20% chance of a female cop / deputy (ratio based on official LAPD statistics). Additionaly, I've added new variations to the Marines spawned at Fort Zancudo during wanted levels, Police Boats are now manned by Coast Guards and one Buzzard with marines now spawns at Fort Zancudo at 5 stars. I am not going to add the Army - I find that unrealistic. If you want the Army, check out Custo's The Sixth Star mod.

Hey, very great mod but I replaced the fbi2 with a focus police car to add some civils police units instead of Swat. Everything works well except that I only have one driver every time the fbi2 arrives. I just wanted to know if you have a "solution" :)

fib does not spawn :/
@Yard1 @MusicMixer99 i know way the fib dont not spawn you need to edit the dispatch.meta and rename the ( mp_m_fibsec_01 ) to ( s_m_m_fibsec_01 ) because rockstar has been change the files in last Update
open : update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist_componentpeds.rpf
and you wiil see ( s_m_m_fibsec_01 ) and not ( mp_m_fibsec_01 )
I would made a small modification to heli dispatch :
3 stars : polmav (police_heli)
4 stars : polmav (swat_heli), buzzard_2 (police_heli)
5 stars : annihilator (swat_heli), buzzard_2 (police_heli)

@lilrussian u can modified five star response script mod in this site to do spawn another units to the police ,i add fib swat mans into granger and riot ,...im working on a huge mod mix with vanila rde and iv pack and lots of use ful script whit out any bugs as son as soon.....

This mod only fiddle with police spawn in terms of ammount of cars and cops models? Does it change time between spawn?! Like this stupid helicopter spawn? Is it default and spawn like crazy or does this mod changes some timing between spawns?
@Yard1 Hey YardOne, you think you could either make or ask the community to make a Police mod that makes the Police focus on Arrest. I.E. Spaced out gain of stars to provide some time where the Police only fire when fired upon, and seek to tactically arrest. Delaying the point where violence takes over.

if you want to change heli spawns, try editing the dispatchtuning.meta file, specifically these lines to something like:
<TimeBetweenSpawnAttempts value="180.000000" />
<MinSpawnTimeForPoliceHeliAfterDestroyed value="1800000" />

I edited all the police forces and i have no problems :)
