This fixes a clipping(or bug) from the clipboard, used mostly in scenarios by npc's and it was never fixed by Rockstar Games since the launch on old gen consoles(Xbox 360 and Playstation 3). And now on PC it's finally fixed once and for all. Now you can see the mini details instead of looking to a empty clipboard, useful for Roleplay in FiveM servers or playing as a cop on LSPDFR..
