@sammyboy well, it's basically any file of the GTA, you can mod, you just need a correct tools to moddify it

@DjEnime which tools do I need? I already tried to do it with paint and however I see a difference in the files, I don't see it ingame

@Nerdialismo Games doesn't defines whether i'm racist or not, and FYI i'm not racist, and this is just a modified for a GAME, it's just for fun!!!

So I went into v_int_24.rpf; v_24_txd+hi.ytd and in that file, I draged km_v_fa_frnkposter01 to my desktop. Then, I edit it with paint by pasting another image over it and I resized it so the new image has the same size as the old one (bottom right). Do I need an other program than ms paint? Or am I doing something wrong?

@sammyboy there are 2 files, v_24_txd+hi.ytd and v_24_txd.ytd, did you replace both of the file, or only one?

@sammyboy because both of the files for the "km_v_fa_frnkposter01" must be replace on the v_24_txd+hi.ytd and v_24_txd.ytd

@djenime I've done as above but still the same, and I do not know what to do with the .rfp file format in the folder interior Highschool DxD ..
So i just replace the .ytd format file..
