it is Important that you have the Requirements for RDE to function, and LCPP too if you have LCPP!!!
Rebalanced Dispatched Enhanced is a great mod but it make sense that the LCPD is overlooked, as their man Focus is the State of San Andreas, However for those who want to use RDE and LCPP this Config helps that, this makes the LCPD respond in LC adding Unmarked Units, PIA Units, LC NOOSE TRU and a new one, SSV shotgunners squad vehicles, this also makes IV NOOSE and FIB Peds spawn in Liberty City, there should be more police that will chase you, the peds in LC have their health and armor increased by a lot making them a challenge to fight for you also a new thing is Alderney State Police chasing you in the state of Alderney, with Unmarked and Noose will use ASP cars too, a link to the vehicles for ASP is right here in the description, Another thing is a Compatibility Patch so that not only ASP Patrols in Alderney but should make LS Taxis not spawn in LC

Part 2 - Fixing Liberty City Cabby Minivan
1. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lcpack\dlc.rpf\common\data
2. Enter carvariations.meta and handling.meta, change all "cabby" entries to "cabbylc"
3. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lcpack\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
4. Enter vehicles.meta, change all "cabby" or "CABBY" entries to "cabbylc" or "CABBYLC"
5. Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\lcpack\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\
6. Change all "cabby" file names to "cabbylc" files names

This is awesome!!! Now all the GTA IV cop ped models can be used as well during the wanted system which is great! Cause the original project didn't seem to use all the ones I rigged for them. Amazing work! 🔥🐺🔥
