GTA V had One of the Most Impressive Weather Effects the Gaming World had ever seen (Back in 2013). The Vivid Skies of Los Santos and the CountrySide of Blaine County was the only thing which made GTA V the best in its Gameplay .But Over the Years It Seemed Lacking its Full Potential .
Realistic Weather Effects Unleashed (RWEU)Tries to Undo the Booringness which you and I have started to feel over the years . Every Weather Effect has Been Reshaped to Immersify The Game . The Rain is Now Much more Intense and Realistic with Truly Unforgiving Thunder , which Settles down to the Beautiful Vivid Clouds Spread across the Sky .

!! Open RPF Installation !!
-Copy Paste "OpenRPF.asi" into 'Gta 5 Enhanced' Root Folder .
!!Simple Trainer Installation (Optional) !!
-Copy Paste "TrainerV.asi" and "TrainerV.ini" into 'Gta 5 Enhanced' Root Folder
Follow Instructions :
Create "mods" Folder in the Root Directory
-Create "update" folder inside of 'mods' and copy "update.rpf" inside it

@Elizabeth_Harnandez if you want a manual installation turn the OIV to a ZIP or RAR then go to the folder called contents extract the files then search them using OpenIV. you can do this with any OIV auto installation

Either I'm blind or you just made the rain puddles react better to cars. Even if it's just my imagination, the mod works wonderfully on enhanced. Good job.

The Mod is Finally Updated For GTA V Enhanced . Complete Installation Instructions have Been Provided about "How to Install it" on the Enhanced Edition of the Game (Read Mod Description or "Read Me" File Provided with the Download) . Both the "Legacy" and "Enhanced" Files are Separately Featured On the Mod Page , So Please make Sure you Download your Preferred version Only . Every Beta Release of the Mod has been Deleted due to Its Incompatibility , Other Releases are Also Going to be Removed from the Mod Page to Make Way for the Newer Uploads . so Kindly Backup Them If you Still Prefer to use Them .
With That Said !
Many Changes Have Been Made to the Newer version of the Mod (Refer Changelog for Detailed Info) . The Mod has Been Greatly Improved to Fit The Enhanced Edition Well . Compatibility is Checked with many different mods available at the moment for a Smother Experience . Although PLEASE KEEP IN MIND , Stability Errors Might Occur Due to the Lack of a Proper Tools for the New Release of the Game Yet . Kindly , Report any Major Bugs or Improvements Necessary for the Newer Version .
