This mod is a sound file you can use to hear people play the song on guitar or play it on guitar with: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/ambiance
Also works well with: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/electronic-guitar

Installation:
Download OpenIV: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
go to Grand Theft Auto V/mods/x64/audio/sfx/STREAMS.rpf, then drag ambient_musician_guitar.oac in there, then you're done!
