1) full red siren lights (textures) for police vehicles (police cars, sheriff, bike, riot, van, fib)
2) (optional) remove corona led light effect

its nice but without the corona kinda boring!
@DrAlessioM @Exo 401 I believe he changed the textures of the blue and red siren lights to just red.
