I tried my first GTA V livery and itasha. It is a collaboration with my friend who draw the illustration.

Installation Guide
Make sure you have installed the S15 Vertex Mod (addon or replace should not matter).
Using OpenIV, navigate to following directory:
Then replace any f620_sign file with this livery. It is recommended to use DXT5 setting with mipmaps set to 1.
