I watched @oldtimergamer6351 's video with the Shield Helicarrier and started down a rabbit hole.
Here's real world paint for JDeezNutz's Avengers Quinjet.

Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...D:\Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\quinjet\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\quinjet.ytd
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file quinjet.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origquinjet.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with one of the included liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag the desired .ytd file from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...D:\Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\quinjet\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\quinjet.ytd
The .ytd file as the original livery, uploads_files_650580_LP_albedo. Chose the paint you'd like and rename uploads_files_650580_LP_albedo to uploads_files_650580_LP_albedoOrig, then rename the paint you like to uploads_files_650580_LP_albedo. Then save the changes.
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the quinjet.yft or quinjet_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn quinjet with the trainer of your choice.
I've included a sample work file in case you'd like to use it as a starting point for your own paint.
Enjoy,
Gillman

Just realized I didn't list the liveries. There's Brazil, France, Hydra, India, Indonesia, Israel, Generic 2 Circle Roundel - Tan and Green, Generic 3 Circle Roundel - Tan and Green, PLAAF, RAAF, RAF, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and USAF. I'm currently playing around with 2 and 3 color camo schemes, I may post those later.
