I know it's a couple (no pun intended) of weeks away. The issue is that Rockstar show no love for the modding community by updating GTA V nearer the time. I thought I'd share this now while us modders can still enjoy it just in case, because if they do update it then, as we know, Script Hook V will need updating and this usually takes a while and the Liberator doesn't spawn in SP.
MAKE A BACKUP IN CASE YOU GET DUMPED OR IF YOU INTEND TO REVERT THE LIBERATOR'S LIVERY AFTERWARDS
Known bugs:
The message on the tailgate saying "Happy Valentine's Day" interferes with the heart on the large decal saying "The Liberator". This is because it would, under normal circumstances, be a Vapid logo and that heart wouldn't be there.
Installation:
1: Extract "monster.ytd" and "monster+hi.ytd"
2: Add the extracted files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpindependence\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpindependencevehicles.rpf\" using OpenIV
