This is really pointless but its kinda cool, It changes the blue and red lights to yellow and green and also darkens all the other lights. Also the numbers on the top have been changed to 69 and I edited some writing on the sides!
To install:
1) Open OpenIV
2) Go to x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
3) Replace police.ytd with the modded one
4) Enjoy!
