This is a simple crooks and castles shirt featuring the purple gun on the front and crooks and castles Los Angeles on the back.
it took me quite a while to figure every thing out and I hope you like it!

Installation

Open OpenIV
head to x64.v > Models > Cdimages > streamedpeds_players.rpf > Open the folder Player_One > Turn on edit mode. Then drag and drop the .ytd file into OpenIV and exit, open your game and head over to a clothing store and buy the shirt.
