1: Install this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/nike-air-max-i-for-franklin

2: Go to "Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one" with OpenIv

3: Replace "feet_diff_022_e_uni.ytd" with the file in the archive

4: Enjoy being a GTA5 sneakerhead :)
