1) Download file
2) Open OpenIV
3) Go to: mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ mpbiker \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ models \ cdimages \ mpbiker_male.rpf \ mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_bikerdlc_01
4) open jbib_diff_022_a_uni click replace and choose the leather jacket
5) run gta5 and have fun !
