"Skin fabric thing" you mentioned is caused by embedded specular map of the .ydd file.
You can try fixing it. I was going to try but you locked the mesh to be editted so I couldnt do.

@jumanji4400 I challenge that, My theory is that it has to do with what SHADER i've chosen and it's settings and/or The fact that the game knows these characters are TRULY Mike and Frank and therefore has some sort of "Game camera ready effects" for when these character's "Uppr" body parts(which ARE natively supposed to be fabric clothing) are at certain distances. But, jumanji, It's YOUR theory that i hope is CORRECT, -sigh- For MINE, says there's no hope to change it. so I will try yours. Thanks man. :)

I figured my theory with Mishka Volkav's John Cena. It had same issue on 2015 Cena's head. I edited the specular and problem is fixed. Magenta color is recognised by the game as skin. The tone of magenta determines how porous the skin will be seen. Even the intensity of alpha makes difference. It also fixes the wetness properly.
If you like, send me an editable version of ydd file, so that I can try. It may succeed.

couple of tings. one is how do you stop the game from changing the outfit. also any chance of a version where the wings of folded in, its kind of immersion breaking when they stick through walls and cars.
