What Does It Do?
This mod makes it so when you shoot someone with the heavy sniper, it goes all max payne on the bullet. Basically: It's epic. ;)
This only works if you're actually aiming at a person and that person is on foot (cars and other stuff will work soon)
How Do I Install This?
Simply copy the contents of the .zip file into your scripts folder in your GTA 5 directory.
How do I Use It?
When you're in-game, press F11 (or whatever key you defined in the ini) to activate the mod.
Version History:
1.2: further improved victim behaviour, fixed angled shots not working (being above target), heavily increased reliability of it working (:P), added targetMessage and enableByDefault options in ini file, no longer shall G spawn peds xD, thanks to mockba.the.borg for allowing this update to come out!!
1.2a: deactivating mod now fixes any camera or positioning issue that it has caused
1.2b: camera rotation fixed, now always from behind
Planned Features:
- rotating camera (overall more pleasing to the eye :P)
- also works if you're not aiming at a person
- works for other weapons (will take some time, also so the uzi fires multiple shots)
- controller support!
Guaranteed Features In Next Update:
- option for longer ped cam

- fruther tweak victim behaviour
- fix some debug stuff left in the mod unintentionally

What a mod this truly gives me the cinematic gun I need in this game with pure sniping 5 stars easy thanks for making it!
i press f11 and its says the mod is activated bun when i shoot nothing happens
Please increase the bullet reach range, so that it can go farthere distance and I would suggest to make it work in drivers too.
Great job man, but could be much bether with these improvements I mentioned.
For everyone saying that the mod doesn't work after pressing F11, have you tried booting up the game and trying the mod out without pressing F11? As the mod is enabled by default within the config file. Worth a shot ;)

This mods works with the heavy sniper riffle, you need to disable EnableOnStartup, then enable script with the key you have mapped in the ini
These feature was in 50cent bulletproof back in ps1
