COLLECTIBLES ON MAP
This mod adds blips (or icons) on the map to show the exact location of the collectibles of GTA 5.
Note: The Stunt Jumps, Under the Bridges, Knife Flights & Monkey Mosaics are still missing! The final version will include the location of every collection of collectibles available in the game.
If you have always wanted to complete the game and reach 100%, but have always struggled to collect the 375 collectibles, this mod is for you!
You'll still have to search in order to discover them, but you'll get a huge help as their location will be available on the map in-game.

Customization
You may want to replace the blips/icons to the ones of your choice.
To do so, open the LUA file using NotePad++ (or any similar software) and change any of the values next to green lines.
You can find the IDs for the icons and colors inside the downloaded archive.
For instance, if you want to change the color of the Spaceship Parts blips to green, simply replace the current "75" value to "2".
Known Issues
Other icons (such as LSC, shops, sports,...) disppear with the latest version.
I'll try to fix this issue in the next update.

- Download "LUA Plugin for Script Hook V" and extract the files into your game folder.
- Choose your version (all the collectibles together in one file, or one file per collection of collectibles)
- Extract the chosen LUA file(s) to /Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/addins/

@Ocrimax i have Scripthook V (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/) and Lua Plugin (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/lua-plugin-for-script-hook-v) and "collectiblesonmap.lua" into "/Grand Theft Auto V/scripts/addins/" but it don't work :( i don't have the icons on my map.
I've looked for this for sooo long. Thanks man!
@korey03 The problem can appear because:
1) Last version of Mod -- Last Updated: June 01, 2015
2) Version of GTA V is v1.0.393.4 which was updated in July 2015

I just check - looking for spaceship parts - and you forgot about one which is in "tunnel in contruction" [entrance near high-way]. What I'm talking about? This should help to explain what I mean: http://uk.ign.com/wikis/gta-5/Spaceship_Part_16
I don't have a scripts/addins/ folder, where do i find it or do i need to make my own folder called Addons(addins), can i use OpenIV to add these to my game.
After installing this mod the safe house marker disappears in the map.
Why doesn't the icons disappear when i pick stuff up?

Works fine.
I like this, but, it would be better if it distinguished between active (collectible) and inactive (already collected, or not yet collectible).
It frustrated me that the jumps weren't on the map given that they are heavily documented, so I made an extension to this script to add them myself:
