This is the ModsuniverseMenu in the final version (1.00) is a menu deloveped for offline gta 5 players.
Requirement
-Script hook
-mp cars in sp:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp
Installation
Drop ModsuniverseMenu.asi in gta 5 directory,in the folder where is gta 5.exe
For open menu use F5

plz make a feature for it.. I've only seen Menyoo have that feature, no other menu. (not even skin control)

@cribbiozzo yes, I could have been trying and found a way to open it with a command: pressing the right joystick and the arrow will open the menu...
