Prison Mod Escort Driver Fix 1.0

This script fixes a common GTA V AI issue during arrest and prison transport sequences where the police driver repeatedly exits and re-enters the vehicle or completely abandons the driver seat.
Due to the way GTA V and arrest/prison scripts initialize AI tasks, the officer may briefly exit the vehicle during the initial spawn or cutscene phase.
This behavior is part of the original game logic and cannot be safely removed without breaking the escort sequence.
Once the vehicle starts moving, this script automatically locks the driver in the seat and prevents any further exit or enter loops.

Since the original author has been inactive for several years and cannot be reached, I created this standalone DLL to keep the mod playable for the community
