@LogicSpawn ok I promise last post this time lol. I just wanted to throw out there that there is no package to acquire in mission 01: potential. I just dumped the quest and moved on.
@LogicSpawn ok so i got that error message to go away simply by reinstalling both gtarpg and both script hooks completely. Works amazing again and got it to work with police rebalance mod 1.401. I really love this mod thank you so much @LogicSpawn for this! I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking through reviews looking to maybe get. WELL YOU SHOULD! lol anyways the first few installs were fairly confusing but after a while I understood what it meant. @LogicSpawn the instructions were pretty vague and I was only able to let the mod work on a standalone style then build all my other mods on top of it. Not sure if it was just my problem but try to be a bit more specific in a "how to" sense on the instillation of the mod. It took me something like 4 days to really figure it out.

mulitple other just the the ones above me that say "no public default constructor was found."

otherwise the mod had been working fine. I think it couldve been due to me trying to add another mod and it not working out but i reset everything to how it was when it worked. yet still not working :( such a good mod too.
