@imBIMMER Yeah, that image resumes well what this may finally come to be. As for the hangar, something like this: http://i.imgur.com/lx8xOO8.jpg
With enough space for, let's say a couple planes and helicopters. With enough length for the planes to be able to take off from there.

I really like it, but I wish for a different approach. For example:

-When I first loaded the map I saw that big opening from a distance (where the house is currently located) and I thought it would be a wonderful idea to convert it to an hangar for planes, helicopters and such. And moving the house to the top of the island. It'd be awesome to just take off or land in that hangar.

-A bridge between the big island and the small one.

-Make that UFO disappear :)

I tried editing the file myself, didn't have luck, I think GTA is now taking ambient ped's info from somewhere else, @SquibOnAcid
