Dude right here took GTA Modding to a whole new level, this missing element that Rockstar failed to add into the game was more, reactive! immersive! realistic! gang activity. Even saints row 1 and 2 were highly superior in those areas than GTA V! you see GTA V was too commercialized and missed a lot important details that should have been added in the first place. Thanks for making this game replayable again now I can drive down the hood as Franklin and see the ballas actually having an issue with me, hostile ready for action.
