    This issue is not present in GTA V Vanilla Enhanced, rather introduced and amplified to a painful (painful to look at) level by 3rd party mods.

    Found this Reddit Post, where a lot of users faced the same issue (myself included)

    Went through a lot of mods and Corona begone helped with the Corona, but I couldn't find any mod to eliminate these excessive Anamorphic flares. So created one myself.
