Please make a Add-On for this..
For all people wondering where it is located.. It's near LSIA (airport).
The idea is great. And the poor graphics aren't a issue (at least for myself) because I really like the idea behind this. Although I'm kinda sad it isn't connected to the map and just.. floating in the water by itself.
The sign disappears completely when coming close.. So the mod is not working anymore..
Never thought I'd been saying this but damn this is the most frustating mod to install. Instructions are ass (and what mod uses SHVDN3???? lmfao)
