Why is there no start up sound @Hippy ?

@Meth0d I have aucally reinstalled NativeUI, ScriptHookV, Scripthooknet and the L key will still not work...
@BolinhodeVenus No im talking about the brown seats. I dont see any expect black ones.

I've installed everything but nothing works..
My L key doesn't respond when I fully installed the mod? I have checked through everything and did everything right. I even reinstalled the whole entire mod, scripthook , etc and it still doesn't work?
After installing this game config I started getting a Infinite loading screen any help?
