What if my laptop doesnt have numpads? How do i manage ?

I read the readme file and the installation path says after DLCPACKS, a folder called modding which I don't have , any idea why and how can I install it now?

It says "Then add the line of code to the dlclist in the folder where the add-on file is on. " in the readme file. Which line? can you please put the line here so I can copy it? cuz when I want to spawn the vehicle and write "SAFTA" it said invalid model
