Ok, I'm new to mods, and first problem is, I don't have a mods folder. All I have is Program Files > Rockstar Games > Grand Theft Auto V > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday2ng > dlc.rpf and I can't go any further. Is there some sort of program I have to get to even have a "Mods" folder? I need help... :/
