How to install? I mean I have to ,,drop the folder ,,lithuanian flags" to a specified directory and then REGISTER dlc" what does the ,,register" mean?

Very nice mod, but I think it should replace Karin Futo. You can change the replacing car by changing the name of those .yft and .ytd files.
