u can try the special gameconfig version floating around (tho the one included in the zip is outdated and won't work) although after COCKstar
updated the game this week they basically fucked us all in the A holes because the entire RPF with all key settings was changed - fuck you rockstar you mangy hobble footed motherfuckers.
Seems to work well - thank you. Just hop out and lock if you want to save. simple. Sometimes cars spawn on top of each other. also most cars load in floating like 1 meter above the ground. but stilllove it.
you wouldnt want it to work with forests of san andreas, cus thats some low ball garbage - all the same trees just dumped. This guy placed thousands of props you'll find all over the city - bollards to pot plants and thousands of trees all individually placed with slight rotation and realistic heights . A true masterpiece that has nothing to do with that HAM handed forestes of san andreas.
Anyway they won't work together because they both draw some of the same areas so the game will - you guessed it - crash.

However, hate to say it, but I think your mod has kinda already been done:
@SomeoneGTA yes its amazing, really lovely mod I have had it working for 4 weeks no crashes with by replacing the gameconfig it comes with, with either dilapidates or this one , not sure actually which one, but one of the two ; )
IMO its a fucking excellent mod that adds A LOT OF realistic enhancement to the game. The windy road from vinewood to the AFB has tonnes of extra trees to make it feel like a forest, some of the nigga area has lots of extra props / palm trees / pots / bollards ... actually love this mod, the guy has gone everywhere and added shit. the vanialla game config can't handle the extra props so use the ones linked.
also u need a vega 56 / 1070 + I get massive frame hits, but its worth it, looks like fucking real life ! lol
yeah also I REMOVED all scripthook.asi and associated stuff ... no scripthook at all . When I launch rage plugin hook to load Entitypersistence from LSFDS whatever it shows an error message on launch - NO SCRIPTHOOK ! Error ... then proceeds to load and work perfectly. so fuck it.
also when I launch the rageplugin hook - i have to double click the rockstar new launcher and hover my mouse over the launch game gtav or else It won't run. .. I know its fucked but whatever works right?
