@Vincent Meiner You need Script Hook V, but as of a day ago from this date of this post GTA V updated. But you can downgrade the version and re-update to the newer version if you want. But Script Hook V hasn't made a version for the new GTA yet so you have to downgrade. But you need to install Script Hook V and take the file for "Pedestrians Don't Run Away!" and drag it into the GTA V folder where the GTA V exe and launcher is, boom your done! I hope this could help.
