didn't work i have all the right mods installed

Its Legit! i wish if you could do the mod for deluxo!

@rollschuh2282 do we create the mods folder cause i dont have one and i downloaded the gta from cd

i put the files in the right place but now its redownloading the game did i do something wrong

Please Help When i load the deluxo it disappears
