@MarcusBlack You can toggle mods on or off by putting all the mods in the "mods" folder instead of the original GTA V files. To toggle the mods to "on", Just install the OpenIV ASI manager files. To toggle them off, just uninstall the ASI files again.

Damn son, You just uploaded this and it's really awesome bro. Don't worry about the texture and white lights. They make the vehicle seem like a special force of the police. Don't worry it looks totally awesome.
The not breaking windows bug makes it like bulletproof windows ;)
