Too bad split screen isn't a thing yet. It would be awesome if you could play lspdfr two player split screen. You could both accept calls, arrest people, use scripts, etc.
Okay. So I have a question. The readme is telling me to "Add new line close to the bottom: <Item>dlcpacks:\16charger\</Item> to file .\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml" but I don't know how to add a new line. Can you help me?
