No infinite loading screen, I don't know about pirate, buy the game.
This mod works great but the gearing is far too short, would be nice to see an update with better gearing but overall the car looks great and everything works.

The config file you need for add on cars is in the folder literally named ''1x traffic 1xpeds (Means Gta base)''
Worked perfectly for me, for those having trouble just make sure you have the latest version of scripthook etc.
