@Cass - I'm noticing cars disappearing right in front of me. Used it midway through my playthrough, so that probably contributes to that.
@FireFoxNEW - It's possible, yes. You'll be asked to choose whether you want to install it in the mods folder or not using OpenIV.
Great physics. Only thing I can see as a negative is that, the slightest bump to pedestrian results to instant hostility or aggravation, even when walking.
Great addition to gunplay. I do want to note that my health does NOT regenerate back to 50% with this mod enabled.
