Write in more detail, for stupid people, where, what and in which files need to be replaced in order to apply this mod to the population on the beach and near it.
1) In ini map online set the value =0. The mod works, but crookedly. There is no graffiti on the building. The gates do not open, but you can drive in. 2) In ini map online set the value =1. The mod does not work. There is graffiti on the building. The gates do not open, you cannot drive in. The door can be opened with Benny's Garage Door Fix, but the garage itself will not work ))) Game version 3351
